Knock, Knock, Who's There?

Ace is at the time of his life where he is very intrigued by knock knock jokes... From not being able to understand "adult" jokes.. he is starting to develop a more matured sense of humour.. even though most of the things tat make him laugh is still slapstick.. hahah...

So I guess you can say he is starting to develop a sense of  adult humour. But sometimes he has very different ideas of what is funny and what is not...

Currently, he is perpetually trying to write his own joke book and everyday, when he comes home from school, he will try to impress me with one or two of those knock knock jokes..

Most of the time, they are jokes he wrote/created...

And unfortunately, most of the time, they are not very good.. almost to the extend of being lame.. wahahaha.. sometimes I entertain him and laugh.. other times i tell him it is not very good and ask him to refine it a little...

If I ignore him when he goes "Knock knock..." he will keep "knocking", till I say "who's there.." so that he can continue his "joke"...

Here are some examples of the lame jokes he has come up with:

Ace: Knock Knock..
Me: Who's there..
Ace: Under wear
Me: Underwear who?
Ace: You don't know the underwear that you wear?
Me: bleah....


Ace: Knock Knock..
Me: Who's there..
Ace: Dr
Me: Dr Who
Ace: You don't know who is Dr Who?
Me: Yeah, I really dunno.. who is he?
Ace: He is from a story book lah...
Me: Grrrr......

Ace: Knock Knock..
Me: Who's there..
Ace: Apple
Me: Apple who?
Ace: You have a ipad 3 and a iphone 4 and you dunno what is an apple store? What is wrong with you?
Me dunno whether to laugh or cry...

I rest my case. Hahhahaha..
