Mid Autumn's Celebration

Since we have been in Dubai and not been able to celebrate mid autumn's festival with our family for a few years, I thought it will be a good idea if the two cousins can go walk walk around the neighbourhood with their lanterns...

Ace received a FROZEN lantern from Shen Shen and it is quite cool lor. Even though it is a paper lantern, inside dun need to put candle. There is some sort of blinking light that can change colour one lor:)

Over the weekend we were in Vietnam so we could not join the RC activities and when the two cousins went to the void deck, we realized that not many children were bringing lanterns around...

 Cay's KM bought him a really cute octopus lantern.. it can sing song, light up and even WALK! But because they want to make this lantern got so much pattern, need i think a larger motor or wat.. so the lantern end up very heavy and the legs kept dropping out.. hahaha:)

But maybe because there are not many children around.. we walk a little bit and then the kids wanted to go play in the playground lor:)

AFter they play at the playground for a short while, then time to go home liao...

Though it is a short time.. i hope it sets some sort of family tradition we can follow so that the kids can have beautiful memories in years to come..
