We Cook For Each Other

Ace came home from his food and nutrition class with some bakes that he baked in school.. naise... Even though it is not the first time I eat baked goods that Ace baked.. but still tastes nice to me...

And then another day, he made what he called  the best scrambled egg in the world... lol



He also anyhowly fried scrambled egg and just add mac donalds curry sauce.. hahahaha..

But hor even though this laobu is Baikar, she also try to cook for her son lor..

After  a while, I figured out how to cook standing on one leg with the other resting on a stool... and here are some foods I made for Ace...

 Made some spongebob toast to cheer myself up..

 Ace baked some brownies and I got to try them out.. not bad..

 Because my leg is not mobile. I really just made whatever I could.. simple one put meals..

Like everything throw in pot can eat liao tyep of food.. LOL

Interview

So one of the things I was doing while I was on HL... was sending resumes... haahhaaha..

I actually had someone come back to me and ask me to go for an interview.. I dam stressed planning what to wear (my leg was still casted).. the route to take, how to get there and how to get home..

I didnt get the job in the end but I was very proud of myself for my mini achievement in completing the interview...

Boy was it tough.. .because i got lost and I had been so used to rolling around in my house in my chair with rollers or hoping short distances to get things done... I barely used my crutches...

When I got home, I was darn tired!

But well, amazing achievement! hahahaha..

Going To Po Po House

Despite me being baikar... I still make it a point to go to Popo house every week...

STay at home super duper boring leh..

My BIL is the sweetest.. every week he will drive over to pick me and send me home...

Most of the time, I will go over very early in the morning and Ace walk over when he wakes up later in the afternoon..

As I am not very mobile, I can only sit around and take photos of the the kids up to their antics..

hahahahaha..

My Buddies Take Care Of Me

During this period... I was really well taken are of.. .

For one, there are lots of people who bring food to me.. In addition to my mom and my sis...  my colleagues at work visited me and had meals with me...

Then my JCI brothers brought me to eat buffet... 

And thought they brought their gfs and wives along, they kept cooking food and feeding me! hahahahaha...

Even my Lions Club president also specially fetched me to attend meeting with them.. I am so glad to have these wonderful people around me...

My sister Jo came wit her hubby to help fix my robo vacumn cleaner... hehehe..

 And then alot of people deliver food to me... example... even Ace go out also will dabao food for me..

 Then my food buddy Annie will come over and order lots of good food for me...

 And Pearlene came over with her boyfriend Alex.. and they know me well.. buy my fav food... Chicken leg.. woohoo!

 Even got DuRIAN!

 My company also gave me a flower basket.. actually is i ownself choose one..

 Cake from ANnie again...

And even my contractor Da Ge visited with fruits! hahahaah

While I was at home nursing my leg.. alot of presents in office waiting for me too..

 Boss bought me a present when he travelled to USA...

 Even Cleaning uncle bought me a get well soon present

 Boss's present is a nice coach pouch:) ONe of my colleaugues sent it all the way to my house for me..

 Another colleague bought me a angel display..

And a present from the company.. I love the cup but i wish they could have printed the logo at the bottom of the cup.. lOL

I am well loved indeed!
