Best Cousins

Ace followed Ah Yee and Cay to go eat dinner...

I think Cay was quite happy cos the cousins havent hung out together in quite a while..

Apparently, it was one of the days where they are best bros... as you can see in the photo.. haahhah:)

Ace helped Cay with some game and they won something at the game lah..

MOst importantly... is they are happy together... till the next time they bicker with each other... lol..

Office Integration

Right after I finished moving house, I had to prepare to move my office.. we were preparing to move 250 people from one place to another and everyday is a bz blur... But in the midst of it all, there are lots of happy moments...

I guess cos we are all going to be moving and separated from our friends, we found all sorts of excuses to hang out... Eg.. for a drink... Here I am with my blood bro, Lester...

We also started to hang out often for breakfast and lunches..

 Having fun for the last time in our nice L7 pantry..

 I had to OT almost everyday...

 WOrking on last min stuff... and waiting for the movers to finish their stuff.... I spent time talking to the supervisor and she told me her life story! hahaahhaah

 But still happy to move into the new office..

 Tell you a funny story.. my EHS said must make sure the workers are following rules and requested contractor to take photo of them wearing their safety helmets. And we got this from the contractor.. wah lau, we meant of them working.. not posing wor.. haahahahah.. laugh die me...

Super happy when the move was finally completed but the work did not stop there.. still alot of things to clean up after.... What a ride!

 So I finally found time despite my bz schedule to go cut my hair short short short! :)

 Before haircut... remains of my curls that I permed a year ago!

When I reached home, Ace asked me... "Mama.. wat happened to your hair?"

I told him since he liked Anime, I got myself an anime hairstyle.. so now he has an Anime Mama... hahahahahah...

 I love my new look.. it's edgy and fuss free..

Only time it is a little messy is after yoga.. hahahahaah

Party Straw

Party Straw

Pearlene bought some party straws when we went to karaoke and passed me he pack.. Ace was curious about it ad said he wanted to try so I took out some for him to try...

It is those type of straw like a hose... very long so very hard to drink..

I correct myself.. is not very hard to drink.. is CANNOT drink at all.. no matter how hard we suck also no water come out lor! hahahaah

 It's great to have a new member in our family... and becausse Ace is already so old, I have already forgotten how to handle young newborns...

 Baby A crying lah.. what do I do to stop her huh? LOL

 I realized that what worked for Ace may not work for her.. hahaahah

 But I love it when she falls asleep in my arms.. reminds me of when Ace was a baby...

Especially this reminds me of when Ace was a newborn and also when i was breastfeeding Ace.....

Ace Cut His Finger

Ace Cut His Finger

So I was giving myself a break and enjoying myself with Annie at Haidilao...

 It was a happy happy dinner with beer even....

And all of the sudden, I got a call from Ace saying that he cut his finger... he said the cut is very deep and he is bleeding very badly.. But I was very far away from home and even if I took a cab, it will take me 30 min at least to reach home..

BUT, this is when I am super thankful that we have moved to be 5 min away from my mum. I called my  mum and SOSed her to go over to see what is up with Ace.

She went over and said it is really quite deep so she said we should bring Ace to a doctor...

So leh, my cab arrived to pick them up to go dr ... (Thank you taxi uncle for sending us there for free)

When I arrived at the clinic.. I did a double take when I saw that the price of consultation is $180 becos it is after hours! I never knew charges for 24 hr clinic is so high..

By now though, Ace is quite calm already. Dr used a glue to glue up the wound after cleaning. Ace even had the mood to joke with the doctor....

After tat, all three of us walked home slowly together and Ace even told me this is a special glue tat the dr used and explained what this glue is used for... (another piece of info he learnt from Youtube... ) LOL..

Apparently, Ace cut himself cos he used a very sharp penknife to cut through plastic. I told Ace next time pls dun do this sort of thing in the middle of the night... pls do in morning.. at least cut yourself only $30. His this cut cos tme $200 for no reason lor...

My fren say I very mean to say that.. I was just being very matter of fact about it...

Anyway, I guess all these is part of growing up lah...

We did however have a pleasant walk home chatting with each other, my mum included.
