When you are here on a vacation.. dubai is exciting and fun..But when you have been there, done that.. then Dubai is boring lor... other than going to the supermkts, KLKK in shopping malls, exercising, going some place for food... there is nothing else to do other than watch movies on funshion..
So almost every night, we have been watching movies...
And we are sort of running out of shows to watch liao... cos Ace only likes to watch animation...
That is us watching on the computer because we havent got our cable tat links the PC to the TV..and because the tv tat we shipped over is not here YET....
Anyway, it is a rather sad existence because in this new place, using Max's new technosat machine, I am unable to find FOX series.. which was my favourite channel when I was here in Dubai the last time.. so we end up watching the few boring channels tat keep showing the few boring shows... to the extend I so xian I stopped watching tv altogether....But leh, recently found a new entertainment.. I found a channel tat has home shopping networks.... I always find those advertisements amusing.. and amazing.. and marvel at how they can make a pdt look so good;) So far already went through a few interesting but useless products.. wahahhaha...
Anyway, because we watch streaming movies so much, we finally bought the cable that day only to find that there is not much of a difference since the tv is much furthur away.. see.. the crayon shin chan on our tv is about the same size as the crayon shin chan on our laptop.. grrrrr.. wish we can buy a 52inch tv man... hahahahahahahPS: Our big TV arrived.. so things are slightly better.. but the computer tat we use to watch movies tat belongs to Max still SUCKS... have to restart 10 thousand times before it works.. so even Max says should use my netbook to watch movies.. wahahaha:)
