Max says for our anniversary celebration, he has intially thought of going to eat some sort of buffet... but leh, he couldnt find any good ones.. in the end, he decided to go back to Ryo, his fren.. who is a sushi chef.. want to spend money, might as well spend on food tat is nice and that we like:)
Since it is also a celebration of Ace being promoted to Black Level for reading, Ace is more than happy to find out that it is sushi that he will be eating:)

I never thought it is possible to do sushi up in so many diff tiles of way! There is of cos the common ones like inari and egg.. and also a few types of pickle.. But I never knew tat cucumber can also be top of sushi.. green veg leaves also can... wild yam also can.. asparagus also.. and I never knew onion and carrot strips with some chili mayo can taste so dam good!
Our surprise... wonder how Ryo got time to make this:)
