About a year later, we ROMed;)
Time flies and before we knew it, it is time to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary already...
This year since it is 10 years, I told Max I expect us to celebrate a little bit lah. And so he started to plan for us to celebrate... And then Mr Bao Toh kiah saw him doing his research and came and tell me that this year I am going to get special present...
After dropping clues here and there, I figured out that my present was a hotel stay.. wahahahahah:) and then, Mr Bao Toh Kiah told me that the hotel starts with a S... wahahaha... so I thought we are likely to be staying in Sentosa! Genius right me?:P Wahahahahaha...
Max says he will never trust Ace to keep secrets again, ever!:) wahahahah
So we left Ace with his grandma (cos nainai was not working that day) and made our way to Sentosa to enjoy some couple time.. woohoo!
Our room wasnt ready yet and we were given a WELCOME DRINK on the account of it being our anniversary... wah.. lame leh... most hotels i go to provide welcome drinks leh:)
Anyway, we just sat at the Woobar and chill and wait for our room lor..

The things we found in the room also very funny... this one is a condom set.. is called GET LUCKY and has a SCREW and BOLT picture on it.. hilarious:)
Even got oxygen in case you need it.. hahahaha
But hor I am not impressed leh.. for the amt we pay, I dun EXPECT TO SEE A LAYER OF DUST ON THE LAMP! This kind of dust only appear if you never clean this thing for more than a week!
We rested little while and then freshened up to go out cos we had to collect our membership letter before we go to the restaurant...

After we walked around abit and collected our letter we went to our restaurant. It is casual french dining and is open kitchen concept..
We were quite lucky lah. Two of our friends wanted to thank Max for some help he gave them and bought us vouchers for the RWS Membership and you can choose wat welcome gift you will like. And so we thought we can choose this and it is just nice for us to celebrate our anniversary:)
Even the bread like so stylo..
Starter is this creamy gel like thing with froth on top... I think is cheese and foi gras or something like tat.. cannot remember liao.. but tastes nice:)
As Max is vegeterian, he got a daikon soup :) looks so pretty
Then I had some raw scallop thingy... Dun ask me. I dun remember!:) wahahaha...
Max had this poached egg in some broth.. NICE:)
I ordred a mini steak for the day..
While max had some vegetarian spaghetti... it is the first time he has tried spaghetti done al dante style.. or maybe first time he noticed cos usually your waitress wun explain your food to you but ours did :) wahahahahaha...
Then we were served with their FAMOUS mashed potato as sides:) yummy!
Eat until no drop left!:)
We were trying to take photo of the guy whipping out these delicious whipped potatoes and then suddenly the sommelier cut in.. wahahahah :) He was really funny and teased us alot.. he said he came to Singapore alone cos French men were known to have many girlfriends and so it is easier for him to come alone.. wahahaha...
While waiting for our desserts, we were even served a PRE - dessert. Is green tea ice cream and grapefruit below..
Then we recieved a surprise from the restaurant:)
The only slight complain I have of our meal is that the soufle had a slightly bitter taste.. like the vanilla pod was burnt or something...
All in all, we enjoyed our meal lah..

They have so many interesting furniture and decorative stuff... But hor, I think it doesnt make the hotel look expensive.. just quirky....
Anyway, we went to Watsons, bought some beer and the most awesome chocolate sticks ever and went back to hotel to watch tv and snack! wahahahaha

Caught the first ep of Glory Jane on KBS world.. Max says we doing wat we do in Dubai leh:) Wahahahahaha :) Anyway, the little boy playing the younger version of the lead character.. Max says the pattern look like Ace:) wahahaha...
Also discovered this show called Mr Counsellor. very funny lor... I think the Korean shows are really funny.. the show is people coming to share their problems and audiences vote about whether it is valid issue and the guests to the show offer conselling and advice.. the ep we watched was a special featuring the comedians in this show called Gag Concert and was super funny :) Hahahaha
Well, all in all, a wonderful night:)
