Rounding up the month of June with these random pictures:)

Ace Max loved to eat kway chap and we could NOT find any in Dubai... I decided to make my own.. I braised some toufu, cut those toufu and stuff we bought in China and bought some veg tat looks like mei cai (but doesnt taste like it:( NExt time I am going to wash them and cook again)..

As for the kway, we bought these sliced pieces tat look like the kway lah... it is made of egg... and it tasted okie leh:)

Passed!:) But I think a little too much liao for just two of us cos Ace din want to eat kway chap..

This is my latest favourite.... Japanese pizza... Max loves it so much that he has been requesting that I email him the receipe before I go back to Singapore so that he can make for himself when i am away:)

Very boh liao tat day and had left over instant noodles.. so leh, I decided that I will make vegeterian fishball noodles!:) Is not bad wor!:)

This is also our latest fav.. cos it is so easy to make lor.. just cut tomato, cucumber, carrots, and boil some veg and mushrooms and spaghetti... put all together and add japanese sesame sauce and stir and put in fridge and add in sliced egg and it makes a decent meal! Tasty, refreshing and not to filling!:)

Tried to make huat guay tat day again but failed.. it ended up tasting like ma lai gao.. but Ace was happy with it and finished the whole lot he brought to school.. so I guess it is not too bad lah:)

Saw this really nice car.. but the owner spoilt its very nice look by adding those things tat look like aeroplane wings on it.. so ugly!

Hahaha... this is Ace attempting to recreat Monet's WaterLIllies (thge one with bridge).. this time he remembers to draw the bridge BUT forgets to draw the rest of the other stuff...

Found this in Ace's School bag.. Very creative...

What sort of boh liao father will take his son's chips and write him a "I want to eat this note" and sign himself off as HOMER???

One of the nights.. when I came into my bedroom to sleep after Ace had already gone to bed, this is what I saw.. Wah lau.. like tat how i sleep????

Saw this interesting toy.. it is a barbie doll tat is actually a video camera!

But a little bit scary to see the hole where her heart is cos tat is where the camera lens is wor...

Ace made his own rubber ball at the mad science lesson he had that day.. he was really happy but the ball dried out and after a wall din seem to be able to bounce properly after that and so I soaked it in a little water and asked him to keep it in a air tight container..

Saw this interesting product lor.. it is a make your own face mask using fruits and veg machine.. so cool right.. BUt it is too ex.. if not I will consider buying.. seems like alot of fun:)

I know just WHO will love hits.. hahahaa.. play jackpot while you charge your phone.. how cool is tat:)

Have you ever thought that paper might be made out of rock? I am just wondering they consider this environmentally friendly since hor, one day, we will also run out of limestones and rocks..

Saw Kang Kong with flowers! I din realize that kang kong had flowers.. I posted this on facebook and someone reminded me tat kang kong is actually morning glory! No wonder these flowers look so familiar:) hahaha

Dubai was getting warmer and warmer.. and so we keep getting fogs and sand storms.. one of the days where the fog was rather bad and I can only see outline of Burj Khalifa

Ace went to the shopping mall and saw this pringles store tat had some sort of game.. you are supposed to pump the balloon and make it burst.. by the time Ace was done, he was so tired out! hahahahahah.. when asked if he wanted to do it again, he quickly said NO:)

Finally got sick of my JGS wallpaper and decided to change.. Max says also good.. can remind him to keep fit and remind him of the days where you can see his six pack! hahaha

Went to Dubai Festival City and took part in their lucky draw... I HOPE I WIN THIS CAR! or if not, all the free vouchers are good as well!:) hahaha

Saw this while shopping for our sofa.. so nice right.. I was so tempted to buy but last minute, we din buy.. cos there is just NO PLACE in our dubai apartment to place this..:(

One week before we left for Dubai, Max already started missing us and then he kept making sounds like Gina The Girraffe from Talking Animals. and when you stroke him on the tummy, he will also make the "mmmmm" sound.. wahahahahaah:)

Freaking unnatural lor!!;)

My carpark seems to attract birds.. this one came to live in our car park and I noticed that that it was limping.. our neighbour said the bird fell off the pipes on the ceiling....

But hor, the next day when I got a chance to look at him closely and see the other side of his face, i realized the poor bird had boils so big it was covering his eyes and so he was sort of blind in one eye.. the poor bird.. I sent love to him and hope if he is to leave this world, he can leave peacefully and happily... I told Max to be careful whenever he parks his car cos we dun want us to run over the poor bird... I saw lots of food on the floor which meant tat someone is feeding the bird already.. so I din try to feed it...

I asked Ace to send love and he was quite afraid to go near cos he says the bird looks gross.. so we just chanted for the bird lor..

My latest creation... stewed mushroom stems baked with cheese on a PRATA:) hahahaha.. Very yummy when HOT!:)

Took a nice picture of our sofa so tat in case Max found a sofa to buy he can sell our current sofa:) Apparently, he has not motivation to buy now tat i am not around and he just SLEEP on the sofa to watch drama.. ahahaha

We were so lucky.. we were going to Burjuman to help someone buy something and discovered a circus act in the shopping mall... Ace was entranced by the Alice IN WOnderland cirque act and wanted me to load and read Alice in Wonderland to him

Went shopping and as usual, Ace chua complained he is hungry.. we sat and ate some lovely cakes at Pauls.. very nice.. given tat it is about the same price at the coffee places we decided we shall come here for cakes in future.. the drawback though is tat the coffee here tastes like shit... hahahah

Tat's Ace using his Magic Ruler and turning it into a serpent and pretending that the serpent is trying to eat him and frighten him... Note: He was the one who asked me to help him take photos.. hahahaha

Tat is all for July and after tat, it is back to Singapore!:)
