Meeting in Abu Dhabi

It was SGI's founding day and so the international group here held a commemorative meeting in AD at someone's house.

All in all, it was a good meeting and we got to know a few other malaysians and Ace got to make a few new friends. Now that I have been to a variety of homes (japanese, indian, brazillian, etc) and seen their bustzudan, I realize that the everyone has sort of diff arrangement or lay out. Eg some use one candle, some use two.. some have normal incense tray we use in Singapore, some just use incense bought off the malls...  But that is cool as well..  it is really interesting:)

The meeting was held in someone's villa within a compound and it was such a serene and beautiful place! Feels just like a chalet lor! Haiya, why SG dun have much of these compounds leh... only one I can think of is Summer Gardens but even that is not half as nice as this place:)

After tat, we drove back to DXB and since we passed by IBN Battuta.. decided to go in for a walk and buy some food for Ace and guess what we saw!:)

And of cos Ace wanted one lah!:)

You see so many chocolate donuts, I think you know WHO CHOSE THESE DONUTS:)

Ace saw these xmas streamers and could not help it but wriggled inside and said, "I am a rock star!" wahahahaha

This bed set is very cool lor.. the bed is a car with blinking lights and the study desk is actually a PETROL KIOSK.. and comes complete with the hose to pump petrol... Ace was sooo fascinated even though this is the third time he is seeing this:)

In the end after a while, because we were all tired, we decided to go home lor:)

While we are talking about malls, here is another Star Wars special I saw in Hemleys;) Cute hor. but ex lor!:)

Wahahahaahha.. found these in a sports shop under "Shock absorber" section..

That is Ace going CAMPING again in Decathelon:)
