We heard that there is going to be a Dubai Airshow somewhere but because it required paid tickets, we din really bother to find out when it was..But during the weekend, as we were driving on the roads, wondering where to go, we suddenly saw planes flying in the sky and making "patterns" in the sky. In the next 10 minutes or so, we drove around the city, trying to find a good spot where we can park the car and watch the airshow properly....
We finally ended up at the golf course that Max plays golf in... it was a really beautiful golf course tat was next to the creek and we found tat we were actually at a vantage view point:) cool...
What did you think the planes are trying to draw in the sky now?
Max already guessed it lor... "Sure will draw a heart one.." and true enough, they drew a big, beautiful heart with two planes in the sky...
Too bad they did not use red smoke.. would have looked nicer I think:)
Father and son took this chance to play with each other whiile waiting for the next design to come up:)
Then suddenly, we saw many planes carrying coloured smoke... seems like going to be grand finale liao...
And then a loud noise filled the air.. what do you think that is?
Yes, fighter planes in formation.. nice hor?:P
Then planes carrying the national colours of the UAE flag flew past..
And that was it..end of the show:)
