The Story Of The Colon

My long time friends will all know that I used to be somewhat a detox specialist ;)

I specialized in helping people lose weight via detox and day in day out, I have always been explaining about the importance of detox to my clients ;) One part of the presentation is what I call The Story Of The Colon.. which explains how our colon grow's "pockets", accumulates toxins and passes them out from colon to surrounding organs through the blood stream. This process is called autointoxification and is many a times, the root of many of the small health issues we have...

Ace has a bad habit.

Whenever I ask him to do his homework, his first instinct is always to:
  1. be hungry and want to find food to eat
  2. have stomachache and go toilet to do big business
  3. Ask for a hug because the homework is difficult and he needs extra energy
Everyday.. almost without fail... he will come up one of the three excuses

One time, he decided to use excuse number two.. and came out of the toilet after long long time.. complaining that his bum is very painful now and too painful to do homework... told me he needed a hug to ease the pain in his anus.. so I hugged him lah..

Next day, he came out of toilet after shitting again and say his bum very pain again... so I suspect he must have not been drinking enough water if his bum is always pain after big business.

So as to encourage him to drink more water and be more healthy, I decided to tell him The Story of the Colon.

I must say that after I 收山, I havent had a chance to tell this story anymore... so I was a little rusty. But then again, it is something I have done no less than a 8 thousand times... so as I went along, it slowly came back to me.

After listening to me explain about the colon and how it works, Ace says he will drink more water.

True enough, after that, I havent had the need to really nag him to drink water at all as he will drink more water himself. He also never complain bum pain after that.. hahahah :)

I think in time to come, I will share with him another story called The Story Of The Cell ;) hahahaha...
