Ah Boys To Men 3

During the CNY period... the movie started showing in the cinemas but we did not want to join the crowd. Plus.. we were quite busy during that period... with Yeye and laoma both in hospital...

During his one week term break, I suggested that we go watch the movie as a term break outing for the family and so Max bought tickets and we went...

Wanted to have a meal before the movie and realized that there is a restaurant called Papa Rich there in Plaza Sing. I remembered that a friend mentioned that she found vegeterian nasi lemak there... so I asked Max to try lah..

The vegeterian one is not nasi lemak but some sort of tumeric rice.. but I must say it tasted quite good:)

Ace ordered the mee goreng and it was not too bad as well.. Alas it was a tad spicy for him..

I ordered the real nasi lemak an dit is not bad...

Anyway, the movie was hilarious!:) I think Max enjoyed it very much too as it was related to the navy and brought back many memories... saw a few of our friends inside the movie too!:)

Ace says after watching the movie, that when he goes for NS, he will pray hard that he will not be selected to go to the Divers Unit because is dam shiong! hahahaha...

But Max says, NS nowadays is nothing much.. so really need to these sort of shiong unit to experience NS as the kind of training it is meant to be.

Anyway, our whole family declared this is our favorite installment of Ah Boys To Men:)

Ace says now that he has seen all the gruelling training that divers have to go through, he now regrets that he did not take picture with them and he really appreciates them more now..
