I was a little xian as christmas approached as Max was busy working and everyone in Singapore was busy planning meet ups and christmas party and I realized I couldnt be any of it!:(
But of course, my bunch of friends here in Dubai thought it will be nice to do some gathering.. as christmas is not a PH here, we decided we will celebrate the weekend before christmas, which incidentally turned out to be also the Winter Solace....
Early morning, we woke and because we havent been able to get out much, Max decided we will go for Ace's favourite breakfast-- mac donalds!:)
After that, we went shopping.. and I saw this really huge bunny outfit.. it is actually hor like those pyjamas that babies wear.. only, it is HUGE.. and for adults!:) wahahahahahahah
And I saw this cute hello kitty hat too:)
At night, we went to WL's place for the winter solace cum xmas party... and I saw this Volkswagen mini in the car park..
This is so very sala lor... why will pple put this sort of ugly thing on their beautiful car!?

Afterward, we go out to the balcony to enjoy the view...

As christmas eve approached, I started to feel more xian... but turned out that my christmas eve was not too bad at all:)
Trying to facetime my friends... it didnt work out but we skyped for a while with our friends who were having our yearly tradition- xmas eve party:)
After that, we went out... met up with F for dinner and then we went to watch Life of Pi together:) Ace was sooooooooo funny. He was so excited during the movie he wanted to stand up and jump jump jump again like he does at home when things get exciting and Max had to press him down.. wahahahahah
Dubai is not very christmassy but at least the cinema had little bit of decor...
Ace wanted to eat pop corn and we told him we won't buy any during the movie but will buy his favourite Garrett's when we are done.. after we finished, we noticed there were alot of people outside and so we thought there might be a special water fountain show on christmas eve and hung around to watch...

It is starting.. this time the show got smoke one...
I thought it would be christmassy music.... but it turned out to be arabic music! wahaahahaahahahahahhahaha....
A then it was time to go home..
The very boh liao Ace put Whaley around his head and I tot he looked sort of like Da chang Jin:) wahahahhahaha...
And that put a beautiful end to our quiet christmas eve....
