Let It Snow!

Since Max has been working most of the time, I look forward to any chance where I can get out of the house and go gai gai a little...

Since there is only one shopping mall near my place, me and Ace are always looking for some excuse to go there:) wahahah..

As Ace had to attend a birthday party, we had to go somewhere to buy a present.. and I found out that the mall near my place had some sort of take pictures in the snow thingy... so we decided to go buy our present and see if we can to take pictures in the snow too...

Alas, when we walked past, there was a super long queue and so we decided to eat our dinner and buy our present first.

By the time we finished though, it was 9pm already and everything is closed.. so no chance liao lor..

But Ace was still curious about the "snow" and tried to touch it..

From far in the pictures, look quite real if you ignore the shops behind..

I asked Ace to put on his jacket so that it will look as if he is very cold:)

The snow looks so nice and so real right? But when we touched it, it was just some sort of rubber.. not like the foam that they use in Singapore.. this one is a plastic or a rubber... totally no "feel" as it is not cold at all. What a letdown..

But still looks nice in pictures lah:)

The mall has many christmas deco.. the other day, we went to the mall to walk walk again and saw a very nice decor in Virgin Megastore:) So Ace decided to pose lor:)

This christmas though is not going to be much of a celebration I think. We are going to have a winter solace party on the weekend before christmas but that is about it I think.. because christmas is not a public holiday here.. PLUS Max is still working every weekend!

I asked Max not to work on 21 Dec because it is "end of the world".. ok, more of end of an old cycle of the world but there was a chance that there will be catastrophe happening and since we dunno wat will happen, we must be together as a family mah. But leh, even though Max said he cannot go to work cos he got family commitment, they still keep calling him from 8am in the morning till 9pm at night.. asking him to do this and do that.. don't they understand that it is an OFF day??? What assholes and idiots these people are. In the end, Max is perpetually on the phone and his mind perpetually at work.. he on leave also like no difference from him actually going to work.. I wish his project quickly end....
