Got Friend From Far Come 2013

Seems like the norm is to have two friends visiting me every winter:)

Last year, Mr Kee and Grace visited first... then came Annie godma and her family...

This year, Elaine and Irene visited with their family...  so we did not really get to spend alot of time together except have a meal together. But Ace made new friends with Elaine's nephew...

And then, Celestine visited me enroute on her way home from her trip... asked her what she wanted to do and when I mentioned that Dubai has Cheesecake Factory, she immediately said she wanted to go because she remembered the food to be very good:)

Luckily, she arrived on a Friday and as friday mornings are prayer mornings, it is the first time I arrive outside the cheesecake factory and am not met with a queue...

The bread is also very yummy!:)

But the portions are immensely HUGE.. check out this oreo milk shake..

And the pancake even bigger than Ace's face!!!!

Eat until heh heh chuan but is very nice:)

Celestine wanted to try some seafood thingy.. halfway through.. two of us who are sharing the dish already FULL!:)

In the end, we were sooooooooooo full that there was NO SPACE in our tummies for the cheescake at all.. sohave to take picture and savour in our imagination...

We decide to go separate ways to shop.. Me and C shopping for girls.. Max and Ace shopping for boys.. to my surprise though... Ace wanted to follow the girls.... so in the end, I got to entertain him.. first stop.. right outside cheesecake factory.. looking at fishtank...

Second step... Victoria Secrets:)

Maybe I can use this in my dream board:)

Since Ace is around, I had to entertain him while celestine went shopping around.. nothing to do.. so we camwhore lor:)

Ace says this is his bow for his Oppa gangnam Style video.. even more BLING and stylish than PSY!:) wahahahahaha

Then leh, we went home and everyone napped... only Ace Chua stayed awake and watched The Big Bang Theory online...

Then we mentioned to C that we have fireworks everyday at 8.30 and so we went to the rooftop to wait for the fireworks...

But wait and wait...

Still no fireworks..

So very hungry liao.. and went to LKF to eat dinner...

After that, went to swim car river around jumeriah area and take picture of Atlantis...

It was super cold so Max stayed in the car while we took pictures..

Then went to Burj Al Arab to take pics.. so celestine has pics of it in the day and also in the night ... cos the last time she vistied dubai a few years back, she took a day tour and took a pic of  it in the day..

And then we went home, put Ace to sleep already and send Celestine to the airport..

It was the first time we left Ace alone at home and both of us went out lah. But we were very sure he wouldnt wake and we left him a note to give him our number and also to tell him that we were sending C to the airport..

And that marked the end of visting friends during winter 12/13....

Hopefully, next year, more people can come and visit again:)
