To The Zoo With Le Le (Part 1)

We kept talking about organizing a playdate for LL and Ace because they had such a great time playing together the other time... but we were not able to arrange for a date where everyone is free to go to Legoland...

So when LL's dad had some free tickets to the zoo, their family invited us to go along so that the boys can have their play date at the zoo ;)

Not only did they invite us, Aunty KP even prepared some sandwiches to go along:)


I am always amazed by the Singapore Zoo, it is always fun to go and everytime we go, we see different things. Be it animals sporting erections, or peeing.. eating, sleeping, playing with each other.. it is always fun:) Hahaha..

The last time we went to the zoo was about 2 years ago.. So we were really happy to be able to go again :)

Next we went to the tiger sanctuary. The tiger was so funny... walk here and there and kept posing.. like doing a fashion show lor:)

You gotta work... turn to your left.. work.. turn to your right.. work... sashay, sashay..:) whahahahaha

Next we went to this place with alot of turtles.. checkout the floating carrots.. they were having their lunch:)

Last time we came to the kagaroo enclosure, there were no kangaroos.. so lucky to see some the joey resting...

This goat looks so old and wise.. I wonder how long it took him to grow this set of impressive horns..

Saw these tortoises.. and they are really funny lor... wahahahaha.... mian bi si guo..

Asked Ace to pose here so we can take picture.. he dun want.. so I asked Max to pose instead:)

This mother and child monkey were hugging and kisssing... reminds me of Ace the huggy kissy monster..

So cute right.. Wonder if starbucks will sue them :) Wahahahaa

Saw him in the penguin enclosure.. looks like Grandfather penguin:)

Saw this mini bungee jumping thingy... so let the kids try lah.. I was also very curious if Ace will be afraid.. But after all the roller coaster training.. I think should be better lah:)

To my surprise, Ace was not very scared...

And when they tightened the ropes and he was hoisted very high in the air, he started doing silly things like putting his legs in strange contortions so eh could pretend he is doing kung fu kicks:) wahahaha..

The boys are excited because the next stop is the water playground:)

This pony looked very sad.. I dunno why.. I talked to it and asked it to jia you.. and then KP came and told me that my son is very insightful and observant.. he said to her tat the pony probably lost his mother.. maybe his mother died and that is why he is so sad till nothing can make him happy..

Xiao Pang is ready to go! Notice that he is in shorts and not in swim suit?  That is because he was feeling self conscious and said he feels more comfortable not to be wearing a figure hugging swimming trunks:)

And while Ace was busy having fun, Max was busy working:) Wahahaha..

That is Ace running to me after he hit his nose.. thank god it is ok... Anyway, while he was playing, Ace kept coming back to me and checking where LL is.. KP remarked it is interesting how my son being older, kept running back to us to check in.. while her son is just playing non stop.. never once coming to check in.. I guess that is also different children have different character..

Very hungry after playing.. so must eat some snacks..

After the children changed out of their swim suits, we went to have lunch proper at KFC.Many thanks to Aunty KP for her sandwhiches as Max and Ace do not have much they can eat in KFC.

Went to look at the animals in the area before we left and saw this horse leaning his head over the fence to eat the flowers over at the other side:)

Saw this in the shop...

Guess this will have to do for Max:)

Next we went to thsi place where there is a puzze for the monkey... There is fruit at the most left hand side of this enclosed box. At the top of the box are some small holes.. you can put a stick in but if you pull, the fruit being too big will drop out...

It took a while but the monkey finally figured out that if he use the stick.. he can slowly push the apple along to the other side of the box where there is a hole  y the side and he can put his hand in and get the apple:)

We all clapped when the monkey managed to take the apple out:) haha

What a huge spider.. put my hand beside to show you how big it is..
